Josephine Yue was born in Hong Kong but has lived here in China for 14 years. She is a fluent Mandarin speaker.

In the past she has worked in the areas of management consultancy and helping charities. She has been a good volunteer for You Dao Foundation in the past and now takes on this more structured role as Executive Director.

Josephine and her husband Philip have two children who are now young adults.
