Isabel Ng is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration at the Fudan School of Management. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has taught at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. Her primary research interests include cross-cultural management and leadership development. Her academic work appears in the Oxford Handbook of Chinese Psychology, and journals such as Motivation and emotion, Asian Journal of Social Psychology, and Journal of Psychology in Chinese societies.
