In the afternoon of 19th September 2012, some volunteer teachers from Philips and from “Roots & Shoots” went to Cang Chang Primary School  in Malu, Jiading for a class with the students on personal hygiene.
 
There was a class of 73 students divided into five groups. The activities included singing and quiz sessions that made for a relaxed atmosphere in the class-room as the children learned good teeth hygiene.
 
After the class the children were given appropriate gifts and were excited with their new knowledge about how to clean their teeth effectively.
Some of the children wanted to give the gift to their parents!
