I am happy to announce the appointment of an Executive Director for You Dao – Puisana Chau.
Puisana has been working with You Dao for the past couple of years in the Feng Xian District as a Project Leader, and has now agreed to work full-time for us in our new pivotal role as an Executive Director.
Puisana is a highly motivated and organized person who has an impressive curriculum vitae. Puisana has experience working with different non-profit organizations, specialized in serving parent s and children as a unit.  She has a Master of Science degree in Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  She also holds the State of California Child Development Program Director Permit. Puisana is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Puisana is interested in helping the less privileged in society particularly the migrant workers and their families. We are very pleased to welcome Puisana with her very special gifts.
