Volunteers at Qingpu

On 2nd March, a group of 20 volunteers came to our Qingpu center to experience volunteer work for the migrant families. The group included many Indonesians, Thais and Malaysians. Some of them are university students. They brought along with them a guitar for singing and dancing. With straws and rubber bands, they played a fun game with the children teaching them the technique of cooperation. The children were also taught to do "thank you cards" for the parents by painting with their bare hands. The volunteers awarded the children with presents that they brought. The children were happy and appreciative. They gave the cards to the volunteers instead of to their parents for they deeply enjoyed the time spent with the volunteers. Finally a group photograph was taken to frame the beautiful moment.
